Printing to Central

  • After selecting Central as your printer. Click on Printer Properties
  • On the Basic tab there is a Print Mode, select Confidential
  • Choose whatever you would like for the Job name. This is the name the document will show up as on the printer.
  • Have User ID set to Logon Name and in Enter Password fields, enter a four digit number password
  • Click on okay and print your document.

Picking up from Central

  • Tap Document Box then System Box
  • Select Secured Print and press Enter
  • Find you name in the list, select it and tap Enter
  • Enter in the four digit password you select earlier.
  • Select what you want to print and tap Print or tap on Print all

Printing to TASKalfa

  • After selecting TASKalfa as your printer, click on Printer Properties.
  • On the left side select the Job Box tab.
  • Check the box at the bottom left Job storage (e-MPS) icon. Then select Private print in the dropdown.
  • From here you have two choices, Prompt for access code and Specify access code
    • Prompt for access code - when your press Print it will ask you for a code. This can be access by checking Prompt for access code
    • Specify access code - you set a code before you print and it will continue to use that code for other print jobs. This can be access by unchecking Prompt for access code
  • Go ahead and click okay and print your document.

Picking up from TASKalfa

  • Press the Document Box botton the button panel
  • Tap on Job Box and then on Private Print
  • Select your name and tap Open
  • Select what you want to print and tap Print
  • Enter Access Code
  • Set the amount of copies you would like, default is 1 so you can just tap Print
