Perparing your System
Make sure your java is update http://java.com/en/
Windows
- Open the Control Panel then open Java
- After the Java Control Panel opens, there will be a tab that says Security Click on that.
- Make sure Enable Java content in browser is checked.
- Click Edit Site List then click Add in the blank line enter in https://users1.pscnaturalfoods.com and click Add again
MacOS X
- If using a 64bit mac, your web browser must also be 64bit. There is currently no 64bit version of Chrome for the mac.
- Open the System Preferences and look at the bottom row there should be Java click on it.
- After the Java Control Panel opens, there will be a tab that says Security Click on that.
- Make sure Enable Java content in browser is checked.
- Click Edit Site List then click Add in the blank line enter in https://users1.pscnaturalfoods.com and click Add again
Loging in Remotely
- First open your internet browser and go to https://users1.pscnaturalfoods.com/cgi-bin/welcome/users
- Enter in your USERNAME and PASSWORD you use to login while at work.
- After login there will be a page that has a table with the title Virtual Office Bookmarks in there you should see a Your Name's PC, click on it.
- Now you may get prompted about a Java update, see Perparing your System
- A pop up box should appear with the title Security Warning This is normal, please click on Continue
- Now you may get prompted about a Java update this one will be titled Security Warning, see Perparing your System
- Another different looking Security Warning will pop up, this one will require you to check a box near the bottom. Check it and hit Run
- Now this should be the LAST Security Warning pop up. With the options Block and Don't Block. Click Don't Block.
- This next pop up will be a Remote Desktop Connetion pop up. Click Connect
Trouble Shooting
Java Application Blocked
This means you didn't complete the last step in Perparing your System
Clicked Block
- Follow Perparing your System steps again till you get back to the Security Tab
- Click on Restore Secuirty Prompts and then Restore All
