Printing Central

  • After selecting Central as your printer. Click on Printer Properties
  • On the Basic tab there is a Print Mode select Confidential
  • Choose what ever you would like for the Job name this is name the document will show up as on the printer.
  • Have User ID set to Logon Name and in Enter Password fields enter a four digit number password
  • Click on okay and print your document.

Printing TASKalfa

  • After selecting TASKalfa as your printer. Click on Printer Properties
  • On the left side select the Job Box tab.
  • Check the box at the bottom left Job storage (e-MPS) icon. Then select Private print in the dropdown.
  • From here you have two choices Prompt for access code and Specify access code
    • Prompt for access code when your press Print it will ask you for a code. This can be access by checking Prompt for access code
    • Specify access code you set a code before you print and it will continue to use that code for other print jobs. This can be access by unchecking Prompt for access code
  • Go ahead and click okay and print your document.
