- 900 to Page All
- 901 to Page all Handsets
- 902 to Page the warehouse
- 903 to Page Order Entry
Wait till it says connected and say your page.
Transfer
Press the button directly under Transfer on the screen then press button on the Expansion Modules for said person or dial said person's extenion number This will put the person on hold till you complete it, which can be completed by selecting transfer again.
While the person is on hold, phones will let you talk to the person you are going to transfer the call too.
Transfer to VoiceMail
Is like a normal transfer but you put a * infront of the extenion when dialing IMPORTANT NOTE The voicemail starts the second you connect so press tranfer again quickly.
